R42.12 Minor Release
Medrio release 42.12 is live with updates to Medrio EDC, Medrio ePRO, Medrio eConsent, and Medrio API Connect.
These updates increase efficiency and data integrity by automating study oversight, providing flexible enrollment workflows, and enforcing privacy-by-design principles across our platform.
Medrio CDMS/EDC
All Forms / Specific Forms Monitoring Selection
Study builders can now select all forms or specific forms for monitoring steps to automate oversight and ensure new forms are never missed.
Remove Subject ID Restrictions When RTSM Is Enabled
The auto-generated Subject ID setting is now decoupled from RTSM integration to support flexible, "EDC-first" initiation workflows.
Medrio eConsent
Targeted Re-Consenting
Users can now configure new consent versions to apply strictly to new subjects, eliminating unnecessary re-consenting for existing participants.
Medrio eCOA/ePRO
Conditional Participant Email Collection
The Subject Email field is now hidden when the “remote” option is selected, enforcing data minimization and reducing PHI collection for participants who are completing surveys on-site.
Ability to Format Category Text
A new rich text editor allows builders to use bold, italics, and underline in ePRO response options to improve clarity and mirror validated instruments.
Medrio APIs
Consolidated API Endpoint
A new, single payload data entry endpoint reduces API latency and simplifies the automated data exchange between RTSM and EDC.
