The R42.15 release focuses on formatting fidelity for patient-facing assessments and audit-readiness across the platform. By introducing expanded VAS/NRS configuration options, restricted retrospective data entry, and a more complete offline data dictionary, Medrio helps your studies stay compliant, accurate, and easier to build.

Medrio EDC

  • Validate builds offline without logging in. Our Offline-Ready Data Dictionary uses expanded metadata, site codes, and bulk upload mapping tabs to simplify configuration reviews.

  • Keep site interfaces clean and uncluttered. Form rules control the visibility of informed consent eCRFs so users only see relevant documents.

  • Streamline configuration tracking and improve audit readiness. Enhanced PDF exports now include cover pages, tables of contents, and generation details automatically.

Medrio ePRO

  • Easily match paper-validated scales without custom code. New options for labels, alignment, and line contrast provide validated scale formatting for VAS and NRS.

  • Prevent password resets and missed entry windows. Multi-Subject Login Support lets caregivers link a single ePRO login to multiple enrolled subjects. For animal health studies only.

  • Set retrospective entry limits with ease. Hard stops or warnings evaluated at the day level across ePRO and EDC restrict past dates effectively.

  • Allow participants to navigate backward seamlessly. Improved back-button navigation triggers required-field checks only when users move forward, avoiding placeholder data.

  • Complete your localized form setup effortlessly. Footer localization translates eCRF footer text across all supported study languages.
